What we do
Drains and sewers, and nothing else. A company that also claims boilers, roofing and remodelling is a lead generator, not a tradesman.
Main Line Clog Removal
UrgentWhen every drain in the house backs up at once, the blockage is in the main line, not the fixture.

Cracked, collapsed or root-damaged sewer lines located and repaired.
Read more →Sewer Camera Inspection
A camera down the line shows what the problem actually is before anyone digs.
Read more →Hydro Jetting
High-pressure water that scours the pipe wall clean, rather than punching a hole through the blockage.

UrgentSlow or blocked toilets, kitchen sinks and bathroom basins cleared.

UrgentBasement, garage and laundry floor drains cleared before the next storm finds them.

The pattern tells you more than the fixture does. Find yours below.
Every drain in the house is slow at once
That is the line they all share, not four separate faults.
Main lineFlushing makes water rise in the tub
Classic main line signature. Stop running water until it is cleared.
Main lineOne sink is slow, everything else is fine
Local to that fixture. Contained, and usually one visit.
FixtureWater comes up the basement floor drain
The floor drain is the lowest opening — it is the messenger.
Floor drainIt blocked again a few months later
A repeat is a symptom. Look before clearing it a third time.
CameraA kitchen line that keeps closing up
Grease on the wall. A cable bores through it; jetting removes it.
JettingA wet, unusually green patch of lawn
Waste escaping into the soil. That is a failure, not a blockage.
RepairSewer smell in the basement, no water
Often just a dried-out trap. Try a bucket of water first.

We tell you what is actually wrong
If the line needs clearing, it needs clearing. If it has collapsed and clearing it buys four months, we say that instead of selling you four months.
-
We say when it is not our job
A full septic tank needs a pumping company. A backup that only happens in heavy rain may be the street sewer. Both come up, and in both cases saying so is the useful thing we can do.
-
We do not price buried pipe over the phone
Nobody can quote a repair to a line they have not seen. A number given down the phone will change, and not downwards.

Andy did a great job installing our loop system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The work was clean, efficient, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Very reliable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy plumber. Great work!
Andi is very professional and talented. I have personally used his astute skills multiple times to fix AC condensation drain issues, outside spigot installation, natural gas leaks, faucet repair and toilet installation. He's my go to person for anything plumbing/drain issues related

Guides
Plain explanations, written for the person standing next to the problem.
What Makes a Main Line Clog Cost More
Nobody can price a buried line over the phone. Here is what actually drives the number, so the estimate you get makes sense.
Hydro Jetting vs Cable Snaking: Which One Do You Need?
They are not competing products and one is not the upgrade. They remove different things, and using the wrong one is why some drains block again a month later.
What Not to Flush: The Wipes Problem
Flushable wipes go down the toilet. That is not the same as being flushable, and the difference is the single most common blockage we pull out of a line.
Drain backing up?
Tell us which fixtures are affected and whether water is coming up anywhere. That one sentence usually says whether it is a fixture or the main line, before anyone is dispatched.
